BIGSSF exists to govern, develop, and protect street soccer worldwide by promoting creativity, fair play, cultural expression, and equal access to the game for all.

BIGSSF provides a global structure where street soccer players—especially youth—can safely express talent, connect across borders, and compete under shared values and rules.

To become the world’s leading authority for street soccer and transform it into a respected global movement that empowers youth, celebrates culture, and unites communities through football.

BIGSSF CONSTITUTION

ARTICLE 1 – NAME & LEGAL STATUS

1. The organization shall be known as BONPYE Intercontinental Global Street Soccer Federation (BIGSSF).

2. BIGSSF is an independent, non-political, non-profit international sporting federation.

ARTICLE 2 – OBJECTIVES

BIGSSF shall:

a) Govern street soccer at global level

b) Establish and enforce the Laws of Street Soccer

c) Organize international street soccer competitions

d) Promote youth development and creativity

e) Protect street soccer culture worldwide

f) Ensure fair play, respect, and safety

g) Fight discrimination of any kind

ARTICLE 4 – MEMBERSHIP

1. Membership is open to one recognized National Street Soccer Federation per country.

2. Members must:

• Accept the BIGSSF Constitution

• Follow BIGSSF rules and decisions

• Promote street soccer nationally

ARTICLE 5 – GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE

5.1 BIGSSF Congress

• Supreme authority of BIGSSF

• Composed of all member federations

• Meets annually

5.2 BIGSSF Council

• Executive body

• Responsible for daily management

• Includes President, Vice Presidents, and General Secretary

5.3 Standing Committees

• Rules & Fair Play

• Competitions

• Youth & Development

• Culture & Creativity

• Ethics & Discipline

ARTICLE 6 – CONTINENTAL FEDERATIONS

1. BIGSSF recognizes continental federations.

2. Continental bodies organize regional competitions and report to BIGSSF.

ARTICLE 7 – COMPETITIONS

1. BIGSSF organizes global competitions including the BONPYE World Street Cup.

2. Only BIGSSF-sanctioned competitions may use official BIGSSF branding.

ARTICLE 8 – LAWS OF STREET SOCCER

1. BIGSSF is the sole authority to issue and amend the Laws of Street Soccer.

2. Laws prioritize safety, creativity, and fairness.

ARTICLE 9 – PLAYERS & TEAMS

1. BIGSSF recognizes registered street players and crews.

2. Youth protection is mandatory in all BIGSSF activities.

ARTICLE 10 – ETHICS & DISCIPLINE

1. BIGSSF promotes integrity and respect.

2. Any form of violence, abuse, or discrimination is prohibited.

ARTICLE 11 – FINANCIAL PRINCIPLES

1. BIGSSF operates transparently.

2. Funds are used solely to develop street soccer globally.

ARTICLE 12 – AMENDMENTS

1. Amendments require approval by the BIGSSF Congress.

ARTICLE 13 – DISSOLUTION

1. BIGSSF may only be dissolved by Congress decision.

2. Assets shall be used for youth sports development.
